Tracie is a 5oo hour yogi, intuitive guide, Reiki practitioner, and survivor. After using mindfulness, yoga, pranayama, intuitive practices, self-study and spirituality to recover from abuse, loss and trauma, she is committed to teaching others how to reconnect with their inner wisdom, hearts, and unconditional love.

Tracie has explored
 many spiritual traditions, honing her mediumship and intuitive skills, studying Shamanic healing methods in Peruvian and Ecuadorian traditions, Reiki and Pranic energetic healing, and completed Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini teacher training at Samadhi Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India where she also studied various mindfulness techniques such as meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and mantra.

Tracie currently resides in the Pacific Northwest where she enjoys the peace and energy of the mountains, wildlife, and rushing rivers. A committed environmental conservationist, Tracie co-founded and designed Finca Arbol de Vida, a Amazonian reforestation project in San Francisco de Borja, Napo, Ecuador.

 

Studying both permaculture and biotecture construction, she dreams of designing and building her own sustainable healing retreat.
